This work is a return to presence, to the body's living intelligence, to your freedom of being you, where you can meet life with clarity, ease, and joy.  In our work together, somatic bodywork and movement take you beyond past experiences, daily demands, and stored patterns held in the body, into the fullness of who you are. 

Nature is fluent and continually improvising, finding pathways where rivers can flow, new seeds can sprout, and healthy roots can grow deeper into nourished soils. Such is the human body too. To remember our true nature is to reconnect to these forces within us, where improvisation becomes our natural rhythm and strength. This is the guidance I offer.

My Approach

Transformative Somatic Bodywork

Transformative Bodywork is a collaborative process.Together, we explore your body, your patterns, and discover ways how you can live more fully into your potential, while supporting your physical vitality. Whether its past physical injuries, repetitive symptoms, anxiety or overwhelm, chronic tensions or pain, feeling disconnected, grief or loss held in the body, burnout or depletion, or overall the sense that something is stuck despite years of inner work - this process meets you where you are, in the body, where meaningful change lives. Each session (in-person or online) will guide you to raise your attention and energy levels through touch, sense, and communication. You'll learn to perceive your unconscious protective or stagnant patterns, through your body, and consciously resolve them. Breathing more freely, becoming silent in the mind, relaxation in the body are part of the process. This helps you soften and integrate past experiences, freeing stored energy to nourish your wellbeing, while giving you fresh clarity for what you want to create in your life today. *Somatic sessions are a space for personal growth, integration, and self-exploration. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Fluentbody™ Facilitation

About Fluentbody™ Our bodies have a language. Let’s listen. Fluentbody™ is a combination of movement and somatic exploration that helps people to be generous to their body and mind. It is a practice of discovery, curiosity, and awareness. We take a journey through sensorial movement and dance - connecting, feeling, to explore the intricacies of our stories. Through the power of movement, breath, and voice, we playfully explore the patterns of our body. It is an invitation to become completely aware of yourself, gaining more clarity of our own strengths. Connecting conscious and unconscious movement, we uncover delicate, pleasurable, effortless, and powerful movements. We allow sensations and feelings to move with and through us without judgment, which works on a physical as well as emotional layer of wellbeing. We move to remember our innermost joy. Fluentbody™ is a method founded by Florencia Lamarca.

Somatic Trauma Resourcing

I offer online somatic therapy and body-oriented sessions to help you regulate your nervous system. Trauma resourcing and nervous system regulation help your body remember safety. By anchoring in simple supportive practices, you build capacity to feel without being flooded . Over time, these practices widen your window of tolerance, ease hyperarousal or collapse, and invite steadier rhythms in your body. With more internal safety, you can process old or current pain at a manageable pace and meet life with greater clarity, presence and choice.

Meditation Practices

Meditation is the simple art of returning to presence, breath by breath, where the mind softens, judgements fade, the body settles, and inner stillness is met. It's a moment with yourself, for yourself. Ancient Mediation techniques, Osho Active Meditations, and Meditative Therapies offer dynamic, body-centered pathways into stillness. In Osho’s approach, movement, breath, sound, and catharsis help release stored tension, quiet the mind, making life energy more accessible to us. Meditative practices invite you to cultivate intimacy with yourself, expand your consciousness, and integrate radiance throughout the body. Depending on your life phase and/or daily intentions, these methods can either offer deep relaxation or energize you, supporting nervous system regulation and a grounded clarity you can carry into everyday life.

Some things can't shift in an hour. Some things need space, nature, and time. I offer retreats and workshops in Europe, which ar focused, group-based immersions that give your process room to deepen. These experiences are a supportive, confidential container where somatic bodywork therapy, Fluentbody™ movement, and meditation practices come together to accelerate insight and integration. Through guided practices and shared reflection, you'll unwind old patterns, build nervous system capacity, and reconnect with your clarity, your needs, your creativity, and self-sweetness. You will return home with practical tools and a renewed sense for your life.

Business Consulting / Embodied Leadership

I work with leaders and teams who sense that something needs to shift, in culture, in communication, in the way decisions are made while pressure builds. Through deep inquiry, somatic practice, and values-led strategy, we get to the root of what's not working and implement what is more sustainable in its place. Through immersive workshops and tailored coaching, we integrate stress management and nervous system regulation, moving beyond just productivity and toward relational strength.
